About Formless Movement 無形能量
Formless Movement 無形能量 is an ever-changing philosophy and a freestyle healing modality. It was created and named by its modality founder, Norman Ng, who originally taught this modality in-person in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. Norman Ng appointed Diana Chan as the sole successor of the modality. Diana Chan, the founder of the company, Formless Movement Energy Healing Inc., AKA Formless Movement, carries forward the vision and mission of Formless Movement with dedication and passion.
Formless Movement also carries another meaning. It represents a movement of people who understand that being formless is the way to expand into the future. We are creating ripples in the pond so that the information gets passed down and outward to others. My healing & teaching support people in finding the freedom to create and expand by tuning into the multi-dimensional wisdom.

“In my view of traditions, they are great to have to look back upon and gain some knowledge or insight, but adhering to them may be limiting. For example, let's say a grandmaster of an art is teaching his disciples his form of art, but one day dies unexpectedly and fails to deliver his full message or his full knowledge to his best disciple. What then? The lineage gets weakened through time. This may happen time and time again till it's nothing more than a watered down version of its original glory. This is not my intention. What I propose to do is encourage growth as I pass away one day. I'd like to plant the seed for the people who follow this method to expand beyond me and my knowledge so that the teachings never stop or get watered down. They will grow and expand beyond my very short life and continually become better. I'm not going to excite a form of dependency where I have a countless number of people following me like sheep. I'm not here to prop myself up or boost my ego to say I've got X amount of people following me. I need to breed freethinking creative individuals! If I manage through my efforts to just have people following me like little lost puppies, I would have failed on my goal. I want to free the people who begin to follow me. Follow at first to understand what I'm trying to teach, then go free. Learn my message and my art then find your own path. Every individual needs to find their own path, and nobody can walk you through that door. I've heard the saying "There are no bad students, only bad teachers.", but what I want you to realize is that YOU are both the student AND your own teacher. I can explain a philosophy to free your mind 100 times, but until you believe it fully within yourself, it means absolutely nothing! So you must be your own light onto yourself.”

It is a great honor to be the successor of Formless Movement. My dear teacher and friend, Norman Ng appointed me as the sole successor in the witness of a group of cherished friends and students in early 2022 in Markham Ontario, a few weeks before he peacefully passed on to continue his spiritual journey. In 2023, I established Formless Movement Energy Healing Inc. and became the founder of the company.
The modality that Norman created was profoundly powerful, inspiring and effective. I had the privilege of learning directly from Norman, he closely monitored and continually elevated my healing skills for years.
My mission is to carry forward Norman’s legacy, further developing and expanding Formless Movement. My role encompasses both healing and teaching, empowering individuals to deepen their self-awareness and to discover their spiritual abilities.
I am deeply passionate about energy healing and eager to raise awareness of this unique modality with individuals who are ready to experience and learn. My ultimate goal is to foster a better and safer community with loving and compassionate individuals, as together, we work toward creating a better world.
